Reclaimed Oil

In addition to supplying unused insulating mineral oil, Grosvenor Oil Services Ltd also produce and supply reclaimed insulating mineral oil. Used transformer and switchgear oil is returned to our dedicated waste oil facility in Manchester which is operated under an Environment Agency waste permit enabling us to store and process waste oil. The reclaimed oil is produced using the Grosvenor Oil Transformer Oil Regeneration System (TORS) which has been custom built to fully reclaim oil back to the British Standard (BS148:2009). Once the oil has been processed and tested by an independent laboratory, the finished reclaimed oil is then stored in bulk tanks ready for delivering to site in bulk road tankers, or drumming into various pack sizes including 1000 litre IBCs, 205 litre steel drums, 25 litres plastic containers, 20 litre plastic containers, 5 litre cans.
